Gastroenterology North Dakota/Minnesota Border An expanding Gastroenterology section is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Gastroenterologist. The practice operates out of a 132-bed tertiary referral center with a state-of-the-art endoscopy unit and a Level II trauma designation 24-hour Emergency Department. All inpatient Gastroenterology admissions are managed by an Internal Medicine hospitalist service, allowing the GI team to function as a consultative service. The current group consists of two Gastroenterologists operating within a 100% consultative practice. Support includes five Advanced Practice Providers (NPs/PAs) who assist with both the outpatient GI clinic and the inpatient consultation service. CLINICAL DETAILS Call Schedule: 1:4. Procedures: ERCP is required. The practice features an advanced endoscopic setup at a state-of-the-art Digestive Health Center, including ERCP and EUS capability. Equipment & Software: Olympus 190 scopes with CO2, Provation, and Epic software. Academic Opportunities: Affiliation with the University of North Dakota medical school provides options for teaching and outreach.
