Locum Gastroenterology Physician Job in Virginia Seeking Gastroenterology physicians for long-term locum coverage near Pulaski, VA. Job Details:
  • Coverage Date: ASAP - Ongoing
  • EMR System: Athena
  • Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
  • Practice Setting: Inpatient, Outpatient
  • Other Details:
    • 4-hour call - the 4-hour call starts at 7 am and goes to 7 am the next morning
    • Office Hours - 8 am to 5 pm
    • Perform ERCP is required
    • See 15-25 patients per day
    • Average of 2 to 4 patients per rounding
    • 3 to 5 calls while on call
    • 0-2 call back in a 24-hour shift
    • Procedures: Colonoscopy, EGD, Flex Sig's and ERCP's
