JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Board: Board Certified Gastroenterology
- Licenses: Active CO license or IMLC
- DEA: Active DEA
- Clean record
- Self-Query NPDB dated within 30 days
- Provide inpatient GI consultations for emergency department and admitted patients
- Perform endoscopic procedures (EGD, colonoscopy, ERCP) as needed
- Manage night call (3p7a) and 24-hour weekend call, responding to emergent cases
- Coordinate with on-call anesthesia and GI nursing teams for urgent procedures
- Document encounters in EPIC EMR and complete required training modules
