Requirements

• Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
• Outpatient experience required
• Bi-lintual English / Spanish required
• Value-based care experience a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary
• Salary:$240,000 - $270,000
