Physician / Family Practice / Oregon / Permanent / Primary Care Physician opening just east of Medford, OR Job

• Deliver direct patient care including preventive services, diagnosis, treatment, and (if applicable) inpatient care
• Conduct comprehensive exams and screenings for health maintenance
• Document clinical observations and maintain timely, accurate medical records
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and chart reviews
• Serve as a preceptor for providers in training
• Provide call coverage and inpatient care as required
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and clinic safety standards
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet the diverse health and social needs of our patients
• As a Family Medicine Physician, you ll play a vital role in advancing our mission of equitable, community-based care bringing both clinical expertise and compassionate leadership to our team
