Schedule
- Monday-Friday (Mon-Thurs 7a-5p, Friday 7a-4p)
Clinical Details
- Primary care-based office
- 32-36 patient contact hours per week
- Additional time for charting and documenting
- Experienced candidates only
Requirements
- Active OR state license
- Board Certified
- 60-90 days forcredentialing
