St. Peters Health Partners Medical Associates, P.C., is seeking a qualified Family Medicine physician for Clifton Park Family Practice. The practice provides high quality health care services for the entire family and prides itself in providing complete care for all ages. Services include routine health maintenance; minor surgical procedures; joint injections; on-site laboratory and imaging services; and social work services. The practice is well established in the community and has provided outstanding health care for many years. Our caring and compassionate providers, nurses and support staff together boast more than 180 years of serving the Clifton Park community.
