Job Details:

• BC/BE Family or Internal Medicine
• Outpatient only
• M-F, 8 am- 5 pm or flexibility in non-traditional hours
• Shared phone call 1:5
• Join 2 MD's and 3 APP's
• EPIC EMR
• Large panel size available along with the support of APP s
• Base salary with RVU- based incentive plan
