Michigan - Family Medicine Opportunity seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to join our collegial medical group. This full-time position offers a rewarding career in the beautiful Great Lakes Bay Region. Opportunity Details: Practice Setting: Outpatient practice with a robust employed hospitalist program in place, eliminating the need for hospital coverage by primary care physicians. Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a Monday through Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements. Typical schedule is 4.5 days per week, with 36 patient contact hours and 4 administrative hours. Flexibility for a 4-day work week may be available depending on other providers. Basic clinic hours are Monday-Thursday 8 AM - 4:30 PM (with a one-hour lunch break) and Friday 8 AM - 12 PM, though some variability exists based on clinic and provider needs. No mandated Saturday or evening requirements at this time. Call Arrangement: Shared call arrangement with primary care colleagues (phone only). Patient Volume: Moving to a 15/30-minute schedule (from 20/40 minutes) with the ability to extend the time for patients known to take longer. Support Staff: Each physician has one dedicated Medical Assistant (MA). Clinics typically have an onsite manager or shared leadership , and generally one clerical MA for check-in and one for check-out.
