• Well-established hospitalist program with APC support
• 156, 12-hour shifts/year
• 7on/7off
• 7-8 admits/night
• Night shift includes two MD's
• ICU has APCs, intensivist on call, and eICU capabilities
• Procedures including central lines, a-lines, and intubation required
• Additional pay for extra shifts
