COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Family Medicine (FM)
  • $300,000 Guaranteed Salary + RVU
  • $200,000 Recruitment Package / Bonus
  • $10,000 Relocation Assistance
  • $6,500 CME Allowance
  • IPERS 15.73% Retirement
  • Health Benefits, PTO, Malpractice Etc
RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Family Medicine (FM)
  • Family Medicine - Outpatient
  • 25 Bed Critical Access Hospital
  • Well Established and Reputable Group
  • Approximately 20 PPD
  • 4 Day Work Week
  • EMR: Epic
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Family Medicine (FM)
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified
COMMUNITY Family Medicine (FM)
  • Nestled In the Rolling Countryside of Southeastern Io
