Patient Demographics: Full spectrum (Pediatrics to Geriatrics)

Patient Volume/Census: 1530 patients/day

Phone Consults: Yes

Case Mix: General outpatient family/internal medicine

FACILITY INFORMATION

EMR System: EPIC HIMSS Stage VII certified

Office Equipment Available: Standard outpatient clinic tools

Specialty Backup Available: Collegial group of system physicians

Support Staff Available: Shared office with a Primary Care Provider

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

Credentialing Timeline: 90120 days post-offer

REQUIRED PROCEDURES

General outpatient family or internal medicine care

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Licenses: Active IN license/IMLC

Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family/Internal Medicine

Experience: Open to experienced physicians and new grads

Other Qualifications: Effective EMR use (EPIC); strong interpersonal skills

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide comprehensive outpatient care to a full spectrum of patients

See 1530 patients per day

Participate in 1:10 phone call rotation

Maintain documentation using EPIC EMR

Collaborate with supportive system physicians and primary care providers

Contribute to system-wide growth in an expanding health network
