• Patient panel 18 and older
• Outpatient primary care, valued-based care focused
• Average 15 patients per day

Minimum Requirements
? Board Certified/Board Eligible in FamilyMedicine
? Active Georgia license by start date
? Certifications: BLS/ACLS preferred
? Experience with Medicare population helpful
