REQUIRED PROCEDURES

Primary care management for common chronic and acute conditions

HIV/AIDS clinical care

Review of labs, imaging, and consultant notes

Medication refill authorizations

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Licenses: Valid medical license

Certifications: DEA, BLS, AAHIVM within 12 months of hire

Other Qualifications: Board Certification preferred

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide HIV Primary Care and manage common primary care conditions

Maintain productivity of 14 patients per 8-hour day

Ensure timely completion of notes and charge entries

Collaborate with nursing and front office for urgent care/walk-ins

Respond to refill requests and patient communication in a timely manner

Supervise allied professionals as applicable

Participate in after-hours call coverage as needed

Complete retention reports and support clinic retention efforts

Maintain certification and continuing education
