Start Date: ASAP Duration: 60 days Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM Setting: 100% Outpatient Patient population: Adults aged 55+ Patient load: 3 to 5 patients per day Requirements: Board Certification in Internal Medicine (BC/IM), current BLS certification, prior experience in PACE programs or elderly care is required
