- Hours: Flexible Schedule 30 Hours Clinical and 10 Hours Admin Clinic Hours: Monday - Thursday 8 AM - 8 PM, Friday 8 AM - 5 PM, Saturday 8 AM - 1 PM

- Compensation: - $183,646 - $244,757 Dependent on Experience-Productivity and Quality Metric Bonus Available- Provider Tenure Step Increase 3% After the First Year of Service- 3% COLA offered each year in July
