Clinical Details

• First day consists of hospital orientation, second day is Cerner training with Provider Concierge/IT, third through fifth day is shadowing, elbow support will be provided the first two days seeing patients.
• Duties: Acute care, new patient visits, annual wellness exams
• Approximately 16-18 patients per day to see acutes, New Patients, Annual Wellness Exams, Chronic follow ups

Requirements

• Board certified or truly board eligible (0-5 years of completion of residency)
• Active AZ license
• Fellowship
• Local Candidates Highly Preferred
  • will be made priority
  • note at time of name clear
• Active DEA
• Clean malpractice/background - highly preferred
• Must have family medicine experience
• Covid vaccinated
