Physician / Family Practice / $300K+ in the Minneapolis Area

Minnesota healthcare system is seeking a Family Medicine physician for a hybrid outpatient/inpatient role. Clinic shifts are Monday-Friday with inpatient rounding done at a local critical access hospital located on the same campus. Average Clinic Patients per day: 18-20. Average Procedures per day: 1-2. Average census at hospital is 5-8. Physicians have the option to pick up emergency room shifts (average volume is 8-12 per day). Outreach potentially required. 40 minutes to Bemidji, 1 hour to Grand Forks, 3 hours to Winnipeg. Compensation: $323,400.
