Endocrinology Northeastern Minnesota Seeking a patient-centered Endocrinologist to join an established, collaborative team. Team includes multiple adult and pediatric specialists, advanced practice providers, and extensive support staff. Primarily outpatient practice with a Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. schedule. Offers excellent work-life balance with no evening, weekend, or holiday call. Daytime call is handled during office hours only and is triaged by an RN team first. Inpatient coverage is provided at a connected campus featuring a 300+ bed tertiary care hospital and Level I Adult Trauma Center. Hospital glucose management is fully covered by an advanced practice provider team. Utilizing and analyzing the latest diabetes-related devices (pumps, sensors, meters). Average daily patient volume ranges from 10 to 15 patients, with some potential for local outreach. Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Endocrinology required, or BC/BE in Family/Internal Medicine with a strong interest in Diabetes care. Base compensation starts at $309,000 for BC/BE Endocrinologists, with eligibility for additional bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.
