Emergency Medicine Physician Location: North Carolina Schedule: Full time coverage. Nights are required. Openings: 1 Position Overview Provide emergency medicine physician coverage in an emergency department setting. Annual volume referenced as approximately 24,000. Charting system: Cerner. Required Qualifications MD or DO. Board certified or board eligible in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine as accepted by the site. Active North Carolina medical license. DEA with North Carolina address and required schedules. ACLS, ATLS, and PALS as required by the site. Case logs for the past two years as required by the site. Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify. Credentialing and Onboarding Credentialing timeline varies by site. Estimated timeframe referenced as 61 to 90 days. Immunization and TB documentation may be required. Travel and Lodging Travel and lodging support may be available.
