• Active NY license and DEA at the time of presentation
• Clean background and file
• Candidates MUST physically attend the Credentialing Committee meeting
• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine

• ED Patients Per Hour: 1.7
• Trauma Designation: Level II
• Specialty Backup: Trauma/Gen Surg, Vasc/Cardiology, GI, Psych

• Relatively busy Level 2 trauma center with moderate acuity medical volume.
• 10-bed inpatient general pediatrics unit.
• Endovascular-capable stroke center.
• Excellent subspecialty backup, excluding OB (transferred), and CT surg.
• Inpatient psychiatry and detox service available.

• All providers must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Emergency Medicine.
• Residency Requirements: Emergency Medicine Residency.
• Will not accept American Board of Physician Specialty.
