Emergency Medicine-Northeast Florida Employed practice seeks a BE/BC Emergency Medicine physician to join their team Independent contractor model Compensation $240/hour AM, $250/hour Mid and $270/hour night plus bonus Earn up to $320/hour Production bonus paid quarterly Most shifts are 9 & 10 hours with occasional 12-hour shifts (Weekend/Holiday/Night participation expected) Procedures: Endotracheal intubation, cricothyroidotomy, chest tube placement, central lines, IO placement, pericardiocentesis, needle thoracotomy, vaginal deliveries, laceration repairs, I&D, FB removal, full eye exam, POCUS/FAST exam and procedural sedation. Specialty backup No trauma designation ED Beds: hospital 30-50 FSED 16-25 EMR: EPIC with PACS, Dragon dictation and AI scribes HUC unit secretary and Tech for splints/IV Annual ED volumes range from 20k-65k Productivity expectations: 1.6-2.6 pph Malpractice with tail International airport in town No visa sponsorship available
