JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Board: BC/BE in Cardiology
- Licenses: Active Vermont License or willingness to obtain
- DEA: Active DEA Certification
- Certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA)
- Provide comprehensive outpatient noninvasive cardiology consultations and follow-up care.
- Perform and interpret diagnostic tests including echocardiography and electrocardiograms (EKGs).
- Collaborate with advanced practice providers (APRNs) and multi-specialty team to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in Cerner EMR system.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain board certification and licensure.
