• Coverage Dates:
  • September 8-11
  • September 17-18
  • September 24-25
  • October 1-2
  • October 19-30
  • December 28-31

• Types of Cases:
  • Pacemaker Implant
  • ICD Implant (traditional and sub-Q)
  • Loop Recorder Implant and/or Explant
  • Ablations: AVN, SVT, AFLUTTER
• Patient Volume:
  • 16 patients/day (outpatient)
  • 10-15 patients/day (inpatient)
• Patient Population: Ages 18-100
• Support Staff:
  • 1 assigned clinical team (outpatient)
  • 1 assigned APP (inpatient)
• EMR: EPIC
• Credentialing: 90-day

• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, DEA
• Licensure: Active Pennsylvania license or IMLC Letter of Qualification
