• Location: Near Collins, Missouri
• Duration: Starting February 1, 2025, with ongoing potential
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10-hour shifts, no weekends, no call, no overnights
• Environment: Outpatient and Inpatient care required
• EMR System: Epic

• Case Variety:
  • Handle a broad range of anesthesiology cases across all specialties, excluding high-risk pediatrics and transplants
  • Perform anesthesia for trauma, neuro, obstetrics, spinal, complex orthopedic, and thoracic cases
  • Utilize specialized techniques like spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia, as well as post-op pain management
• Patient Volume:
  • Expected to see 10-15 patients per day in the anesthesia department
• Support Model:
  • Supported by 22 MDs and approximately 78 CRNAs, with a backup model including at least one anesthesiologist and three CRNAs per shift
  • Medical direction model for CRNA oversight, ensuring seamless teamwork and quality care

• Operating Rooms: 44 ORs running daily out of a total 47, with additional support for ancillary services
• Specialized Support:
  • Anesthesia admin support staff
  • Equipment and assistance available for complex cases, including endoscopy, MRI, cardiac catheterization, and OB
• Certifications Required:
  • Board Certification in Anesthesiology
  • Active Missouri license
  • ACLS and BLS certifications

• Trauma Level: Exposure to trauma cases in a high-acuity setting
• Privileges: Temporary privileges available for qualified candidates
• Facility Setup:
