StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Regular 10;12 Pay Rate: $376.36 - $407.40

This facility is seeking a Cardiac Anesthesiology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Call & Requirements: Monday - Friday, 10,12, and 14 hour shifts available
• Supervision vs Independent: Supervising
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
• Certifications required: Board Certification, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), DEA/CSR
• Number of Operating Rooms: 28
• License Required or accepting IMLC: Active Kentucky License required
