JOB REQUIREMENTS

Active Indiana License or IMLC

Cardiac Fellowship Trained

BC/BE

BLS Required

ACLS if requesting conscious sedation privileges

Procedure Logs (12 months)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide cardiac anesthesia services

Cover inpatient cardiac call

Perform advanced anesthesia procedures

Document in Epic

Complete Vemsta timekeeping and order entry
