Call required daily while working, with a 20-minute response time. Must be proficient in spinals, blocks, and epidurals. Caselogs required (proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks). Supervision and performing own cases. Staffing model: 1 MD / 3 CRNAs. 5 ORs. EMR: Medaxion. Vaccination required (religious/medical exemptions accepted). Other: $3k 12 week completion bonus!
