Procedures: Gen Surgery, GYN, Neuro, Healthy Peds, Ortho, Urology, Endo. No OB, No Hearts.
OR's & Case Volume: 17,000 cases per year
License Requirement: Must have Arkansas licenes
Privileges: 6 weeks from date applicatoin returned
