Physical Therapist - School Setting in Meriden, KS

Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred
• Comfortable adapting therapy techniques to both virtual and in-person sessions (voco PT)
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with educators, families, and other providers
• Understanding of IEP processes and documentation standards
• Ability to work independently and maintain professional boundaries in a school environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based physical therapy services to students according to individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Assess, plan, and implement interventions to support student mobility, motor skills, and participation in school activities
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
• Track progress, maintain thorough documentation, and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
• Deliver therapy utilizing a hybrid approach-virtual (voco) and/or onsite as assigned
