At Broad River Rehab, we are committed to changing lives through exceptional rehabilitation services. We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team and provide high-quality care to residents in skilled nursing facilities throughout Central Ohio.
Full-Time Opportunities
Option 1 Full time Split between 2 Skilled Nursing Facilities in Marion and Mt. Gilead. Drive time and Mileage is paid when traveling between the facilities.
Option 2 Full time Split between 2 Skilled Nursing Facilities in Marengo and Lewis Center. Drive time and Mileage is paid when traveling between the facilities.
Part-Time Opportunities Also Available

Part-time schedules are available at each individual location:
Marion, OH
Mt. Gilead, OH
Marengo, OH
Lewis Center, OH

Position Summary

As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat residents under physician orders using a variety of therapeutic procedures, exercises, and assistive devices. Your goal will be to maximize each residents functional potential and improve their quality of life across all areas of daily living.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with physician orders
Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions and assistive devices
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment goals and home exercise programs
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Participate in care planning and discharge planning activities
Qualifications
Current Physical Therapy license in the state of employment
Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
Skilled nursing, geriatric, or post-acute experience preferred, but not required
New graduates are encouraged to apply
