What You'll Do
Evaluate patients' mobility, strength, balance and functional abilities
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals and provide evidence-based therapy to restore mobility, function, reduce pain and improve patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, exercises, recovery, injury prevention, equipment use and home care
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Supervise PTAs and support staff
Maintain accurate and timely patient records
Complete accurate documentation and billing in a timely manner
Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated patient care
Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and patient confidentiality standards
Participate in quality improvement, patient safety initiatives and compliance programs
What We're Looking For
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current State Physical Therapist license required
BLS/CPR certification required
Previous healthcare or hospital experience preferred - new graduates are encouraged to apply
