We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist who enjoys outpatient care and is interested in becoming part of the Homer community. This is a unique opportunity offering excellent compensation, provided housing, bonus potential, and a Monday Friday schedule.

$10,500/month base salary ($126,000/year)
10% net profit bonus

Administrative, billing, insurance, and staffing support
Established patient base and supportive team
What Youll Do
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide outpatient physical therapy and therapeutic exercise
Educate patients on home exercises and ongoing care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
Help patients improve mobility, function, and quality of life
Provide a welcoming, positive patient experience
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Alaska Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
Strong communication and patient-care skills
Outpatient experience preferred
