The ideal candidate will possess:

• 5+ years of experience with exposure to complex personal injury and / or 1st party property
• Prior experience preparing for / attending trial is a huge plus
• A proactive, take ownership type of personality that works well as a true member of the team
• Unsurpassed customer service skills
• The ability to work a file from inception through resolution
• Exceptional organizational, communication and calendaring skills
