Job Description

SSM Health is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our established pediatric primary care team serving families across the Metro East region.   • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM; 34 patient-facing hours

  • Setting: 100% outpatient pediatrics across Granite City and Maryville

  • Call: No nights, weekends, major holidays, or call rotation

  • Visit Types: 30-minute new visits; 15-minute follow-ups

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate of nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
  • Ability to obtain PA/NP licensure in Illinois
  • PNP-Primary Care certification preferred

The posted pay range for this position is what SSM Health reasonably expects, in good faith, to offer based on the circumstances at the time of posting.
