Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Embark on an impactful opportunity providing dedicated speech-language support to elementary students for the school year. As a full-time SLP working in-person, you'll collaborate closely with educational teams to help students reach their communication goals in a vibrant school community. This contract role offers 37.5 hours per week with a focus on making a lasting difference in the lives of young learners.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Possession of (or eligibility for) California SLP licensure
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
  • Previous experience in a pediatric or school-based setting is highly valued
  • Comprehensive understanding of speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Demonstrated teamwork, flexibility, and a passion for student growth

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students in individual and group settings
  • Conduct student assessments, interpret results, and develop effective IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
  • Document student progress, maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, and prepare related reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings and other school functions as a valued member of the educational team
  • Support students with a range of communication needs-including articulation, fluency, language, and social skills
