Ensure timely and accurate processing of Payer Enrollment applications for Clinics and Providers. Provide quality control for individual enrollment applications submitted for Medicare and Medicaid programs. Resolve claims issues for individual payers in the corporate billing system. Research and maintain compliance with Government payer credentialing, re-credentialing, and audit processes. Update Credentialing and Billing systems with Provider information as needed. Act as a key point of contact for escalated claim issues and ensure internal communication on resolutions. Adjust enrollment records within proprietary contract enrollment application Ensure timely and accurate enrollment Manage all ChapCare enrollment locations, including enrollment shops, health insurance enrollment at select health center locations, and enrollment events Monitor the achievement of enrollment objectives Facilitate the admission, testing, and registration of students in concurrent enrollment/dual enrollment program Conduct initial contact and recurring enrollment status Increasing health plan enrollment growth and retention Counsel and assist potential students with enrollment at multiple locations sites Assess state of enrollment team performance and progress Resolve all paper enrollment issues on a timely basis Communicate all aspects of upcoming enrollment event to client Manage the enrollment process of new and existing customers Improve yields at inquiry, application and enrollment stages Prepare a variety of records and reports regarding student enrollment Reconcile member eligibility based on various enrollment documents and reports Enroll employee groups in voluntary products through various enrollment methods Handle any inquiries about eligibility/enrollment and maintain membership records Implement and maintain production and quality standards for the enrollment team Support enrollment activities on behalf of Group Insurance sales offices, and facilitate overall enrollment process for new and existing customers Compare and analyze enrollment tracking to A/R reports Critical Information This is an onsite role. Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM. Compliance with safety sensitive role requirements is mandatory. Education/Licenses Needed High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. 1-2 years of experience with government payers (Medicare/Medicaid) preferred.
