Job Description
Morris Hospital & Healthcare Centers is seeking a Board-Certified Anatomic/Clinical Pathologist to join our independent, not-for-profit hospital just southwest of Chicago. Here, you'll enjoy a Monday Friday schedule with no call, a collaborative pathology team, and the opportunity to grow into future Medical Director leadership all while practicing in an environment where your expertise is valued and your voice is heard.
Our Pathologists provide services for Morris Hospital, our ambulatory surgery center, more than 28 healthcare locations, and area long-term care facilities throughout the region.

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary starting at $300,000 with additional incentive opportunities
Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)-eligible employer
Full Medical Education Loan Repayment of $20,000 per year
Relocation assistance up to $8,000

Pathology Practice Approximately 90% of the practice focuses on Anatomic Pathology and cytology, including surgical pathology, gross examination, frozen sections, gynecologic and non-gynecologic cytology, fine needle aspiration adequacy, and clinical laboratory consultation.
Our CAP-accredited Core Laboratory performs approximately 1.5 million tests annually and includes chemistry, special chemistry, serology, immunology, histology, hematology, coagulation, transfusion medicine, and a full microbiology department with susceptibility testing.
