Paralegal - Real Estate Development & Investments 72004

Our client, a reputable and growing law firm with offices in Dallas, Texas, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join their team.

Prior commercial real estate as well as title and survey experience are required.

Qualified candidates will have 4+ years of paralegal experience in a law firm setting with at least 3 of those years focused on commercial real estate.

Additionally, one of the following criteria is strongly preferred:
(1) Bachelors degree;
(2) Paralegal certificate or Associates degree in Paralegal Studies;
or (3) Certified Legal Assistant.

This position requires a highly organized, self-motivated individual who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a high degree of professionalism, and enjoys a team-oriented working environment.
