Key Responsibilities for this Paper Machine Manager:
Lead daily operations of paper machines to meet production, quality, and cost targets.
Monitor and optimize KPIs (efficiency, downtime, waste, energy use).
Drive root cause problem solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
Champion safety, compliance, and environmental standards.
Collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality teams on outages, trials, and upgrades.

Qualifications for this Paper Machine Manager:
At least 3 years of paper mill or industrial manufacturing experience.
Strong technical knowledge of paper machine operations and process control systems.
Proven leadership, communication, and problem solving skills.
Ability to work rotating shifts and drive continuous improvement.
