Pain Management Physician Assistant

Step into a structured, office-based Pain Management role designed for Physician Assistants who value collaboration, mentorship, and patient education. This full-time outpatient opportunity in Melbourne focuses on chronic and acute pain care within a supportive interventional practice. No prior pain management experience is required, comprehensive onboarding and direct physician supervision ensure you are confident and supported from day one.

Position Highlights

• Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

• Outpatient, office-based setting

• No weekends or hospital call

• Approximately two weeks of structured hands-on training

• Ongoing access to supervising physicians

• Productivity bonus in addition to base salary

• Some travel between nearby clinic sites

Practice Environment

• Collaborative interventional pain management team

• Direct physician oversight and daily case support

• Established patient panel with scheduled visits

• Strong emphasis on patient education and expectation setting

• Team-based clinical workflow with experienced MAs and staff

Compensation and Benefits

• $100,000-$125,000 base salary

Candidate Requirements

• Licensed Physician Assistant (PA-C)

• Active, unrestricted Florida license

• National certification required
