Pain Management Nurse practitioner (CRNP)

Job DescriptionJob Description Full Job Description Choice Pain and Rehabilitation Center, LLC is seeking a nurse practitioner (CRNP) or physician assistant (PA-C) for our Pain Clinics.
In this role, the provider will deliver clinical and professional medical services to patients requiring comprehensive pain management care. The CRNP or PA-C will collaborate with their Chronic Pain physician and independently develop primary evaluation and consultation, recommend treatment plans, and ensure that the treatment provided is followed up upon-this includes interventional pain procedures. This role is located in an outpatient setting with a Monday through Friday work schedule. Pain management experience is preferred.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of pain management experience preferred
• Must love building relationships with patients, value bedside manner, and possess excellent clinical skills
• Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
• State licensure and board certification is required

Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
40 hours / week
