Join our family owned team as a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) A Truck Driver and take the wheel of our fleet to deliver freight efficiently and safely across various routes. 1099 Independent Contractors OTR Class A CDL Drivers:

• $0.70CPM all miles paid
  
• 3500+ miles
  
• $2500+ weekly check
  
• Direct deposit every Friday
  
• Dry Van
  
• Detentions paid
  
• Midwest and south runs
  
• Freightliners automatic
  
• 2 years OTR minimum

Class A OTR Owner Operators $1500 Sign-on Bonus

• Dry Van
  
• Gross $8500+
  
• Company fee 12% from gross
  
• Trailer rent $800 per month or $1000 with our maintenance
  
• Fuel card with up to 20% discounts on every Pilot and Flying J's
  
• Pre pass
  
• Cargo $300 weekly
  
• Direct deposit every Friday
  
• 5 years OTR minimum
  
• after completing 6 weeks of working for us.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate commercial trucks, tractor-trailers on over-the-road (OTR) routes.
  
• Navigate routes efficiently using GPS navigation systems to meet delivery schedules while optimizing fuel consumption.
  
• Comply with FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration), DOT (Department of Transportation).
  
• Handle logistics cargo with care.
  
• Perform pre-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
  
• Document all deliveries accurately in logs and reports; communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding route status or issues.
  
• Maintain a professional driving record by adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations at all times.
  

Skills

• Proven experience in commercial truck driving with a valid CDL A license; familiarity with manual transmission preferred.
  
• Understanding of FMCSA regulations, DOT rules.
  
• Skilled in route driving using GPS navigation systems to optimize delivery times across diverse routes including OTR driving routes.
  
• Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record; experience in delivery driving across various freight types is preferred.
  
• Good communication skills for coordinating with dispatch teams
