Outside Sales Reps

Amarillo Solar Pros is growing and looking for driven, dependable outside sales reps to join our team! We sell residential roofing and solar solutions across the Texas Panhandle, and we need people who are hungry to build a real career, not just punch a clock.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and engage potential customers through effective communication
• Provide on-site inspections of roofs, solar, windows, siding, and more.
• Navigate through insurance paperwork
• Collaborate with teams to manage residential solar and roof installation projects
• Gather crucial information from homeowners to give to your estimator/designer
• Visit job sites occasionally to support project progress and client needs
• Coordinate project details between clients and team members
• Promote solar products and services to a diverse customer base
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and project status
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction

What were looking for

• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-driven
• Strong communication and people skills
• Sales experience preferred (roofing/solar a plus, but not required)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
