Outside Sales Representative - High-Earning Potential North NJ

EverLine Coatings is expanding in North New Jersey, and we're looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative to take ownership of a territory and grow it aggressively.

This is not a "sit back and wait for leads" role. This is for someone who knows how to hunt, build relationships, and close business.

You'll be selling high-demand asphalt maintenance services-including line striping, sealcoating, crack filling, and pothole repair-to commercial and industrial clients.

The Outside Sales Representative will be an ambassador of EverLine, adhering to our DRIVEN values.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build and grow a territory through prospecting, networking, and relationship development
• Generate new business with property managers, HOAs, commercial facilities, and industrial clients
• Conduct site visits, assess needs, and prepare proposals
• Maintain and grow a pipeline of qualified opportunities
• Track activity, manage leads, and follow up consistently
• Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and competitors
• Represent EverLine professionally and consistently in the field
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and DRIVEN values to provide accurate representation of the company

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• 3+ years of outside sales experience (asphalt/parking lot maintenance strongly preferred)
• Proven ability to generate your own leads and close deals
• Strong understanding of line striping, sealcoating, and asphalt repair services
• Self-starter mindset-you don't need to be micromanaged
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized and disciplined with pipeline management
• Clean driver's license
