Position Summary
Utility Plant Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to drive business growth throughout North Carolina and surrounding territories. This individual will be responsible for developing new customer relationships, maintaining existing accounts, identifying opportunities for equipment and service sales, and serving as a trusted resource for customers operating boiler and utility plant systems.
The ideal candidate is self-driven, enjoys building relationships, and is comfortable spending significant time in the field meeting with plant managers, maintenance personnel, facility engineers, and decision-makers.
