This is a W-2 Base salary plus commission sales role ideal for experienced professionals in roofing, solar, or home improvement sales. This role primarily covers DuPage County (Naperville, Downers Grove, Carol Stream, Wheaton, Addison, Chicago and nearby areas).

We provide qualified leads, full backend support, and industry-leading tools-while you also build your own pipeline through networking, canvassing, and referrals.

What We're Looking For

• Proven success in sales (roofing, solar, or home improvement preferred)
• Insurance claim experience is a plus
• Strong closing skills and excellent communication
• Self-motivated, organized, and independent
• Comfortable performing rooftop inspections
• Tech-savvy with ability to use CRM and digital tools
• Ability to climb ladders and access rooftops safely
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent required

What You'll Do

• Conduct in-home roofing consultations and inspections
• Present solutions and close deals with confidence
• Generate new business through canvassing, networking, and referrals
• Follow up with company-provided warm leads
• Educate homeowners on roofing materials, warranties, and installation options
• Coordinate with internal teams for a smooth customer experience
• Maintain client communication from first contact to project completion
• Track appointments and sales progress using digital tools
