Orthopedic Surgery Locum Opportunity North Dakota

A healthcare organization is seeking an Orthopedic Surgeon for temporary call coverage. The provider will manage orthopedic consults, trauma-related cases, and surgical needs within a hospital setting.

Compensation:

Orientation - $175/hr
On Call (Daily) $2,730 per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis
24 Hour Holiday Call - $4,090 per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis
Call Back - $350/hr
Holiday Call Back - $525/hr

Clinical Responsibilities
Evaluate and manage orthopedic patients presenting through the Emergency Department
Provide orthopedic call coverage
Perform orthopedic surgical procedures as needed
Manage fractures, dislocations, sprains, strains, and tendon injuries
Provide stabilization and splinting services
Coordinate inpatient orthopedic care when indicated
Patient Volume
Average 2 5 patients per day
Volumes may increase during community events

Requirements
Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon preferred
Board Eligible candidates will be considered
North Dakota license preferred
IMLC candidates accepted
BLS required
ACLS required
DEA preferred and required during credentialing
Clean malpractice history preferred
Credentialing
Expedited credentialing available
