Job Summary

KS Staffing Group is currently hiring an Order Fulfillment Clerk for a distribution warehouse in Jersey Village. This position involves processing customer orders, preparing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

1st Shift: $16 - $18 per hour
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment
• Verify product information and ensure order accuracy
• Update order and inventory information in company systems
• Coordinate with warehouse staff and shipping departments to meet deadlines
• Maintain organized work areas and inventory locations
• Report inventory discrepancies or damaged products to supervisors
• Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures

Requirements

• Previous order fulfillment, warehouse, or shipping experience preferred
• Strong computer and data entry skills required
• Experience using warehouse management systems or RF scanners is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
• Forklift certification is a plus
• Bilingual is a plus
