Oracle Fusion Manager (R2R, O2C, P2P, PLM, HCM)

Job Title: Oracle Fusion Manager (R2R, O2C, P2P, PLM, HCM) Location: Irvine, CA (Candidates from PST, CST, MST, and even EST are acceptable if they are open to relocating to California) Experience: 12 -15 Years Employment Type: Long term Contract Hands-on HCM and functional experience is mandatory, and candidates must have experience in ERP implementations such as SAP or Oracle. Job Description:- Typically, 10-12 years in ERP projects At least 8 years in Oracle Fusion projects Prior experience as a team lead or project manager 8-15 years of overall experience Minimum 2-3 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion implementations Experience in support and enhancement projects Key Responsibilities:- Functional Expertise Work on end-to-end implementation/support of: R2R (Record to Report) - GL, FA, Cash Management O2C (Order to Cash) - Order Management, AR, Billing P2P (Procure to Pay) - Procurement, AP, Supplier Management PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) - Product Data Hub, Innovation Management HCM (Human Capital Management) - Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications Configure Oracle Fusion modules as per business needs Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, Business, or related field MBA or HR specialization (preferred) PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications (strong advantage)
